Portlife is striving to continuously improve communication with and between the team. This includes the introduction of the team app CoBabble, Friday updates from the CEO and regular opportunities for the team to come together for coffee mornings, lunches and other activities.
Portlife also covers our contribution to the local community. We have an employee led group which drives this activity including the Big Spring Clean, local initaitives such as Summer Splash Water Safety, Coffee Mornings for Charity and the Christmas Community Fundraising activities. Portlife encompasses some of our work around Health, Safety and Environment with our HS&E committee central to the delivery. Portlife also covers our health and wellbeing commitment with the recent introduction of Spectrum.Life an employee assistance programme; eight trained Mental Health First Aiders on site; regular health checks and events including the forthcoming introduction of Pilates classes for the team.
