David Gray is a Chartered Accountant recently retired from a UK National Accounting Services Company where he was Head of External Audit and Corporate Governance Services in the Belfast office.
He has previously held a number of Northern Ireland Public Appointments, including appointments within the Departments of Justice, Health and Infrastructure, and is also a former Non-Executive Member of the Department for Infrastructure’s Departmental Board.
He is currently a Non-Executive Director of National Transport Authority in Ireland, and the Irish Blood Transfusion Service, and runs his own bespoke Consultancy business.
Mr Gray brings skills and knowledge in the areas of financial and risk management, dispute resolution, corporate governance and strategy.
