David joined Warrenpoint Port as CEO in August 2019. He is a business school graduate of Portsmouth University, with under- and post-graduate-time spent in Germany, the Far East and the US.
David also holds an MSC in Project Management and a Diploma in Corporate Governance.

David has worked in senior operational roles in Irish & UK plc’s as well as most recently in a large local NI family-owned business. He has significant experience in the agri-food industry.

He is the previous Chair of NIBC & long serving fund raiser of the all Ireland charity IBBS up until 2019.

Current charitable efforts are focussed on the Port’s Community Fund.
