Richard is an Economist with more than two decades of experience spanning the Public, Academic and Private sectors.
His motivation for joining the Warrenpoint Harbour Board is in using his skills and experience to help to grow the economy and boost prosperity for everyone in the area.
He is also a member of the Economic Advisory Group to the Economy Minister and Institute of Directors NI Committee. He regularly advises a range of Boards and policy makers on economic conditions and policy. In recent years he has served as a member of the Ministerial Advisory Panel on Infrastructure and on a number of other Boards.
