Ian has an honours Degree in Business Studies and is a Fellow grade member of the Chartered Management Institute.

He has over 16 years Operational Management experience with Warrenpoint Harbour Authority. Prior to this he was with a Shipping Company on Warrenpoint Port for over 20 years 12 of which were as Operations Manager.
