A Social Sciences graduate from Queen’s University Belfast, Tom has over thirty years industrial experience in various sectors. Tom holds a NEBOSH National Diploma in occupational safety and health and has extensive experience within the health and safety industry. He is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the highest safety standards, compliance with all relevant legislation and developing Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems and safe systems of work.

Tom was previously the Health and Safety Manager for Norbrook Laboratories Limited.
