Christmas Fund Entry Form

Warrenpoint Port £5,000 Covid Community Christmas Fund is open to local charities and organisations who wish to apply for support to spread some festive cheer locally to round off a difficult year.

All we are asking you to do is tell us in 50 words or less how you would use the money to spread some festive cheer locally. We hope to support as many requests as possible.

It may be a youth group to provide small gifts for members; or a local care home to buy an iPad for residents to stay in touch with family over Christmas; or a school to provide selection boxes for their pupils.

Terms and Conditions:
This fund is open to charities and organisations in the greater Warrenpoint, Burren, Rostrevor areas. (Nearby organisations who service this area are also permitted to apply). This fund is also open to our closest neighbours across the Lough in Omeath.
Successful recipients will be notified w/c 14th December and funds allocated as soon as possible.  Warrenpoint Port and its partners will endeavour to support as many of the applications as possible. If oversubscribed applicants may not get the full allocation requested.  In the event of a significant number of entries which far exceeds the allocated fund a random selection in a range of categories such as schools, charities, community groups etc. will be selected. Participants must be willing to produce receipts or evidence of Community Christmas project delivery on request.
Participants must be willing to participate in publicity that helps spread good cheer.
