Just before the school holidays it was a pleasure to welcome Aimee, a student at St. Mark’s High School Warrenpoint, to the Port.
Aimee will be travelling to Kenya with a number of pupils and staff on an annual trip to help in a local Kenyan community next year.
This global insight into different cultures and how we can help those less fortunate than ourselves is a fantastic opportunity for local young people to avail of.
Through the Community Fund, we were delighted to help Aimee towards her fundraising target and we wish all the students and staff travelling a safe and rewarding trip.
