Board

The function of the Board of Warrenpoint Port is to oversee and scrutinise the day-to-day management of the Port as well as to help set the future direction of the organisation. The non-executive Directors on the Board are appointed through a public recruitment process facilitated and managed by Department for Infrastructure. All appointments are made by the Minister.

The Board is made up of one Chairperson,  two Executive Directors, three sitting Councillors from Newry, Mourne and Down Council, and four additional non-Executive Directors. The Board meets monthly or more often if required.
