Notice to Hauliers Accessing Warrenpoint Port

Please note that Warrenpoint Port is now using a new registration system for site safety and induction Access Passes.

All hauliers and port users wishing to access the site must log onto www.warrenpointport.com and select the appropriate site induction.

When the health and safety induction has been successfully completed and the registration details are filled in, an Access Pass, valid for 24 months will be issued. (No fees will be incurred for registrations for the first six months of the new system).

All verified Access Passes can be collected at the Port Control Office which is located at the main entrance to the Port. Proof of identity will be required upon collection.

This Access Pass will be used to confirm completion of site health and safety induction; it permits access to the site; and it will be used to access the weighbridge facilities.

All existing site users are requested to complete the new process by Tuesday 30th November 2021. After this date current/existing passes will not be accepted.

This system is aimed at improving the site induction process and integrates several processes to improve access and egress at the Port.

If you have any questions in relation to the induction process, please contact Tom Rodgers, Health and Safety and Environment Manager  trodgers@warrenpointharbour.co.uk

If you have any questions in relation to the collection of Access Passes, please contact Micheal Murtagh, Deputy Harbour Master mmurtagh@warrenpointharbour.co.uk

Thank you for continuing to support Warrenpoint Port.
